Introduction:
The top that is cover in this video will show you how to use the WordPress dashboard and what are the available default features and links and what settings you can find in that.
First, I will let you know that the WordPress dashboard has a drag and drop functionality that means you can move you displayed widget according to your requirement. secondly, you can show or hide the widget from the screen options tab.
In the right top corner, you can find the admin image, profile, and logout options. you can go to your profile page from here and logout from your WordPress admin dashboard.
In the left top corner, you can find your website name or title and when you hover on it you can find a link to go to your frontend website, next to this you can see a plus icon with "new" text, on hover you can find more options from these options you can add a new post, page, media, and user.
When we come to downward we find the "Home" and "Update" link, home uses for back to the dashboard and update like goes to update page where you can find updates about your plugin and themes and WordPress latest version you can update all at in once.
When we come more downward we find many tab/link like posts, media, pages, comments, In these tabs, you find sub-menus to manage posts, pages, media, comments, categories, tags, etc.
And then we see appearance, plugins, users, tools, and settings, here we can add, delete, and manage/customize themes, menu, widgets, plugins, users, import, export data, and set up permalinks and much more setting you can manage.
